The law firm of Williams, McDaniel, Wolfe & Womack, P.C., was established in 1967 by the late Bob T. Williams. Mr. Williams was one of the premier real estate attorneys in the Memphis area. Throughout his career, he diligently worked to insure that all matters were handled properly and that clients were satisfied. As expressed in the firm’s earliest mission statement, his goal was "to provide the highest quality legal service in a manner that reflects the utmost in professionalism, ethics, integrity and skill." That goal remains the firm’s commitment today.

Today, the firm is a full service law firm representing and advising clients in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, charitable planning, elder law, corporate law, business transactions, commercial lending, business litigation, family law and personal injury. Through associations with other specialized law firms, legal services of every type are available to the client.

Four of the attorneys are among only 22 attorneys in the State of Tennessee certified as Estate Planning Specialists by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization. This gives the firm more certified Estate Planning Specialists than any other law firm in the State of Tennessee. The firm’s senior attorney, A. Stephen McDaniel, was named by Worth Magazine as one of America’s top 100 estate planning attorneys.

The firm’s ten attorneys possess excellent academic credentials with two having master’s degrees in Estate Planning from the University of Miami. The firm and its attorneys are committed to the pursuit of excellence for their clients while maintaining the strictest personal and professional ethics.

Our dedicated staff is our greatest asset. Most have been with the firm for many years. As a result, our 10 attorney assistants personally know our clients, understand their needs and work with counsel to provide the best possible service to the client.
