Personal Injury Law
Through the years we have been called upon by our clients to handle a variety of personal injury claims.
We handle personal injury claims on a contingency fee basis, which means we only get paid if we make a recovery for the client. Our fee is generally one-third (33%) of the recovery; however, the fee may be higher or lower depending on the complexity of the case. In addition, any expenses incurred on behalf of the client in pursuit of the case are deducted from the recovery.
